To All BAA Members,

The following guideline is a result of board discussion on how a regular member
can post a message to all other members.

Beida Alumni Association is a democratic forum willing to take any input from
any member. Posting a message to the member list, however, is subject to at
least one board member's approval. This control is necessary in response to
some members' objection to mass mailing. Generally, any message not strongly
political or otherwise controversial will be posted. Controversial messages
will be posted to a public Web board to facilitate discussion. (The Web address
will be announced then.) Evidenty libelous messages will be rejected. If
approved for posting, the message may be edited for grammatical/spelling errors
unless we are instructed not to do so. The best board member to send this
message to is Xia Jiang(xiajiangus@yahoo.com) although anyone as listed in
http://www.stormloader.com/baa/board.txt will do.

We apoligize that this message-posting policy was not made clear in the past.
